Are you a local, young artist age 11 to 18 who loves American Quarter Horses? Now is your chance to have your artwork displayed in the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum in Amarillo, while competing to win cash prizes.
All young artists must register online by November 1. Artwork should capture the spirit of the American Quarter Horse and celebrate the artist’s unique love of horses. In addition to creating artwork, students will also write a 100-word essay explaining what inspired their art piece. Artwork must be submitted to the Hall of Fame & Museum no later than November 15.
Participating youth, their families and teachers are invited to join the American Quarter Horse Foundation for an evening reception celebrating the winners of each age category at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 8. The reception will include exciting announcements, refreshments, and free admission to the Hall of Fame & Museum.
