Our Mission: Powering Up | 2025 AQHYA Theme

Our Mission: Powering Up is the American Quarter Horse Youth Association theme for 2025.

As AQHYA members, it’s our mission to be an engaged, passionate, and dedicated community surrounding our love for the American Quarter Horse. Youth members are empowered to use their varying backgrounds and experiences to shape and influence the horse world and those involved, utilizing skills that produce industry leaders. Centering these powerful and high-achieving youth members around the horse we all hold dear creates an atmosphere where success, ingenuity, and determination knows no bounds.   

Bringing the community together, the 2025 theme, Our Mission: Powering Up, encourages every youth member to not only challenge themselves to pursue the next level, but also to join each other in the shared ride through the industry. With programming across multiple focus areas such as education, horsemanship, competition, and leadership, AQHYA members can activate this year’s theme in a variety of ways all while having fun and meeting new friends.

AQHYA will be encouraging participation through social media initiatives throughout the course of the year.
