Adequan® (polysulfated glycosaminoglycan) as Level 2 Class Sponsor at All AQHA Shows

AQHA Level 2 will now be known as Adequan® Level 2.

AQHA Partner Luitpold Animal Health (makers of Adequan®) has signed on as the title sponsor of AQHA Level 2. This is exciting for our industry and will help create more opportunities for exhibitors. Because of this, AQHA Level 2 will now be known as Adequan® Level 2.

This has two important impacts to our shows.

  1. Level 2 classes at open, amateur and youth world shows will be titled as Adequan® Level 2.
  2. Most important to you as show managers/secretaries: Any Level 2 class offered at an AQHA-approved show will be titled as Adequan® Level 2. For example, “Adequan® Level 2 amateur horsemanship” or “Adequan® Level 2 senior trail.”

We realize this is a big change and we want to make it as easy for you as possible. Here are some tips on ways to incorporate into your shows:

  • Announcer – discuss how they are to mention the class(es) from the microphone.
  • Show bills – depending on the number of Level 2 classes being offered, you could opt to include the “Adequan®” with each class name, and instead include a statement on the show bill, saying “All Level 2 classes are sponsored by Adequan®.” If you have space and would like to include their logo. we are happy to provide it.
  • Websites – would be ideal to include a statement like “All Level 2 classes are sponsored by Adequan®.” Again, if you have space and would like to include their logo, we are happy to provide it.
  • Important: Because of brand standards, any usage of the product name must include the registered mark.

We want you to have the most up-to-date information possible. Here are the details of Adequan® Level 2 championship classes at future world shows.

Adequan®’s sponsorship of Level 2 also extends to the Adequan® Level 2 Championships.
