AQHA Adds $6,000 to BBR World Finals

AQHA is adding a $6,000 side pot at the 2022 Better Barrel Races World Finals and is offering AQHA On-Site Member Services April 19-24 at the OKC Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City.

The American Quarter Horse Association is proud to offer a $6,000 side pot at the 2022 Better Barrel Races World Finals April 19-24 at the OKC Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City. AQHA On-Site Member Services will also be available to assist you with your AQHA business.

Open-race side pot entry fees are $80 and will offer $2,500 added in the Jim Norick Coliseum for the World Finals race and $2,500 added in Barn 6 for the World Finals race with 75% payback of entry fees; 100% of added money will be paid back. 

Futurity-race side pot entries are $50 and offer $1,000 added to futurity average money and 75% payback of entry fees; 100% of added money will be paid back. 

Exhibitors can enter the side pot at the AQHA On-Site Member Services booth. To enter, the exhibitor must be a current AQHA member and the horse must be registered with AQHA. The entry fee can only be paid in cash.

Save on Aged-Horse Registrations
Bring your paperwork to take advantage of the aged-horse registration special, which was extended through April 30, 2022.

AQHA members can register American Quarter Horses 24 months after the foaling date or older for the price of a yearling – only $170. This is a savings of up to $380 based on the age of the horse! All AQHA registration rules apply to new registrations. To be eligible for registration, all registration requirements must be met**.

**The entire $170 registration fee is non-refundable, even if the registration cannot be processed.
