The American Quarter Horse Association releases the sixth video in the 2020 AQHA Convention videos series – AQHA Member Experience Report, presented by Aaron Bovos, AQHA chief operating officer, treasurer and chief financial officer; Tiffani Carter, AQHA Member Experience director; and Chelcei Butler, AQHA assistant director/registrar.

Last year was a challenging year for the Association, especially from a member perspective and this video dives into the issues that members experienced during 2019 and the significant improvements made to better assist AQHA members worldwide.

“Thank you to all of our members for showing a little bit of grace as we transitioned from an antiquated software system to a much more robust and functional platform,” said Bovos. “I know it was a challenging year, but we do thank you very much for your patience. We hope to bring you an update very soon on some additional accomplishments. If you need assistance, please feel free to contact us at We are happy to help!”
