AQHA International will be providing on-site member services at the 2024 Calgary Stampede July 10-15 in Calgary, Alberta.

AQHA International will be providing on-site member services at the 2024 Calgary Stampede July 10-15 in Calgary, Alberta, to assist you with your AQHA business. The booth will be in the upper concourse of the Nutrien Western Events Building. Educational material will be available at the booth in various languages.


On Thursday, July 11, the AQHA and Canadian Quarter Horse Association (CQHA) will hold a meeting. All Quarter Horse enthusiasts are invited to attend. The event will take place in the Nutrien Western Events building. Stay tuned for more information closer to the event.


These initiatives are made possible thanks to the collaboration between AQHA International and the United States Livestock Genetics Export (USLGE).

Times the booth is open each day:

  • July 10:  12 P.M. until 6 P.M.

  • July 11:  11 A.M. until 8 P.M.

  • July 12:  11 A.M. until 6 P.M.

  • July 13:  11 A.M. until 7:30 P.M.

  • July 14:  11 A.M. until 4 P.M.

Visit with an AQHA International staff member to:

  • Check the status of pending paperwork.

  • Transfer a horse, no matter how many owners, for only $40 USD per horse.*

  • Receive your registration certificate with expedited service if all registration requirements are met.

  • New or existing members who purchase a membership at the booth will receive a special discount.

  • Purchases at the booth can be paid with credit/debit card.
