AQHA customers can now make appointments to meet with an AQHA Member Experience professional at the American Quarter Horse Association Headquarters in Amarillo.

Earlier this year, the American Quarter Horse Association temporarily closed walk-in service to protect the health and safety of AQHA customers, staff and the local community due to the worldwide pandemic. AQHA Headquarters will reopen to assist customers with AQHA business by appointment only beginning Monday, September 14.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday; each appointment slot is 30 minutes.

  • 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Central

  • 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Central

A confirmation email will be sent directly to the customer once an appointment is scheduled. To protect the health of customers and AQHA staff, the Association’s lobby will remain closed at this time. A Member Experience professional will meet the customer at the front door of AQHA Headquarters at the time of their appointment. Customers are also required to wear face protection while in the building to protect the customer and AQHA staff.

If a customer does not have an appointment, they can drop off their work in the drop box located in front of AQHA Headquarters, at the bottom of the steps near the bronze statue of Wimpy.
