Froelich Legacy Quarter Horses 51st annual production sale will be held Saturday September 18, 2021 on the Kelly Froelich ranch near Selfridge, North Dakota. Selling 60 plus AQHA weanlings—blue roan, bay roan, red roan, black, and grullo. The foals are born on the ranch under the big sky of North Dakota with disposition, bone, muscle, athletic confirmation and trainability. These foals have grown up to have cow sense, be best friends on trails, working on a ranch, in the rodeo arena as pickup horses, roping or whatever direction you choose.

Froelich Legacy Quarter Horses have valued the contribution of both the AQHA sire and dam for the past 73 years. The broodmares are strong milkers, and like the sires they carry solid bone and structure that produces babies that can grow up to do and stay on the job for years to come.
In 2009, the AQHA Legacy Award recognize the Froelich Legacy Quarter horses for 50 consecutive years of adding to the heritage of the American Quarter Horse. In fall 2010, AQHA recognized and made Froelich Legacy Quarter horses as the first AQHA Ranching Heritage Breeder in North Dakota.
