Heritage Place to host sale on September 25-26.

Heritage Place Sale Co. in Oklahoma City is host to its annual Yearling Sale on September 25-26. There are 685 yearlings consigned at the sale, which last year sold this year’s undefeated All American Futurity (G1) winner, Whistle Stop Cafe.

Events begin on Thursday, September 24, with pre-sale viewing of yearlings beginning at 4:30 p.m.

At 6:30 p.m. a celebration of the life of Dee Raper will be held in the auditorium, followed by a reception in the Heritage Place Club, sponsored by OQHRA. 

The sale begins promptly at 10 a.m. both Friday and Saturday, with Hips 1-342 scheduled on the first day, and Hips 343-685 on the second day. 

Heritage Place will be following all restrictions required by local, state and federal government. Among these rules are the requirement to wear facial coverings in indoor public spaces. These rules can be seen on Heritage Place’s website

Heritage Place will be offering online bidding, but bidders must complete all required steps by 5 p.m. two days before the auction begins.
