Planned Giving

Make a gift through your will or estate.

A gift to the American Quarter Horse Foundation through your will or living trust can benefit the American Quarter Horse and your family. It may allow you to enjoy financial or tax benefits while making a positive impact on the equine industry and American Quarter Horse community for generations to come.

Gifting through your will or trust allows you the flexibility to donate:

  • a specific dollar amount
  • a particular asset, such as real estate or stock
  • percentage of your estate
  • the remainder of your estate.

You can put your gift to work immediately or, if you prefer, designate it to one of our existing endowments or a named endowment (minimum dollar amount applies). Just remember, if your financial or family circumstances change, you may change your mind at any time.

When you are ready to establish your will or trust and are considering a gift to the American Quarter Horse Foundation

Consult with legal and financial advisor to ensure your plans will benefit the people and causes you care about. We are happy to assist you and your attorney to ensure your charitable wishes are clearly defined.
